Recently, One of my friend filed a divorce. He is married for the past three years. He's 23. He got his wife pregnant. He has two kids now. And the reason for his divorce was that, she din change for him.. My View; Lying written all over his butt
face. Actually, i think why he wanted it was he felt bored. Everyone around him was still not married. And that, he was in an affair with another gal. He now never brings his wife on vacations.
Look at him, how can he abandon such a cute one..

Recently, I saw a
couple who jus
went together
after one week
of knowing each
other, jokes aside.
Anyways, Both
of them had relationship.
But the very puzzling thing was why did they
dumped their partners for whom they knew
for more than one year and more for someone
who they just knew.

Hmm.. There are actually lots of answers to
this problem. What i say is just one view.

I think it's due to the excitement they gain
in the new relationshipship. This is just like
buying a new thing.

But on the bad side,
What bout all the memories this person
shared with the last relationship. The photos,
GIFTS.. and so on.

I think sometimes, when two people get into
a relationship too quickly, they will break up.
The only question is when? But this is arguable
too. Some have also gone to the isle.

Anyways, i think it's better not to get into
a relationship too quickly or else there
will be regrets.

Why did i left out my friends

Why did i do something silly for her.
But in the end it's not worth it. I thought, if

being friends. She does not even give a single face.

Although i've helped her, she just ignores me,

I even went to fetch this friend at a bus stop while

The friendship lasted more than three months.

What ended it was a minor thing And that was

that must be aknoledged. It's inflation.

Inflation
is a rise in the general level of prices..

This is very important. Coz if you invest in a bank
and they offered you 3 percent interest. And the inflation
rate is 3 percent. you would not gain anything at all.

For example.
You had $ 100. And so you decided to invest into
the bank which offered 3 percent interest. In a year
you will get $103.

Just say your $100 now can buy 10 pens and let's
say the price increase by 3%, that means
now your $103 buys also 10 pens. So there is no
gain at all.

So if just say you invest the 100 in a stock market.
and the return was 6%, you would get $106 back
in a year. And just say inflation was 3%, you would
still get back a 3% returns.

But if you do invest in a stock market be shure to
analyst and do homework before you invest into
any stocks.

I think firstly is people's expectation is too high
these days. More on this later.

it whenever a guy gets rejected, he just cries

proportion of men are brave enough to encounter the

I asked one of my pretty gal friends why she choose
her boyfriend. Her answer was other men were sisies.

And people are having too high expectations yet they
expect less of themselves.

I had a friend from overseas, he chooses gals like

But looking at him, hmm.. I think he is also below

I was at a restaurant and the service was really

If not, i would have said

and to make matters more irritating, there was only
me and my friend in the whole restaurant.

Have you heard of these phrase? Yes, I bet you do.
Hmm.. Houses, cars and what a cat is an asset too?
Let me tell you what assets are?

Wikipedia: an asset
is anything owned which can produce future
economic benefit

Let's look at another word
Liability, Wikipedia explains:
liability is anything that is a hindrance, or puts individuals at a disadvantage.

In other words Assets are something that creates wealth for you, not
erode it.

SO people say "Oh my ferrari is my most favored asset"
A ferrari is not an asset, it's a liability.
You got to pay for its maintanence, if people scratch it,
you got to pay for the pain, if your dog pooped inside,
you gotta ask a proffesional to clean it.

However, At some points of time, Liabilities are
assets too, You are a company CEO, you need a
ferrari to show the power distance you have among
you and your employees.

Hey, i ask you, do you feel scared of a boss who
drive around with a small car, or a Ferrari?

So now, i think you wanna ask me, what are assets anyway?
Shops are assets if you know where to look for,
A sucessful business is an asset,
Machine are assets.

Coz they create wealth for you.

The equation of assets

Assets : Something that can create wealth for you
which can cover the liabilities

Example: Hassan, owns a shop, Lets say he earns
$50 and then he has to pay a cost of 25.
So now
50 dollars is generated. And the cost is 25.

Which means that the profits far outweight the
cost. His Shop is an asset.

Another scenario

Hassan has a dog, it earns nothing for him,
and yet he has to pay for the cost.

His dog is a liability.

make sure you know what assets and liabilities are.
